January Blahs – No More!

This is a first.  Sharing gratitude. . .for you.

OMG. . .In So Many Ways. . .responses which gave a 180 degree turn.  From January blahs to winter wonders.

I hope this is not plagiarism.  And I pray these reminders might speak to you as well:

“January is undoubtedly a time for reflection.  The blahs and fewer opportunities to be outdoors certainly guide us into more times of contemplation.”

“May the January blahs lead us to search for deeper meanings amid our flow down the river.”

“I have no doubt your landscape is beautiful all winter.”

“There is a quietness and peace to the cold and bleakness of winter.”

“Flowing rivers rarely freeze all the way through.  It’s the moving water that keeps them from freezing.”

“Even in times when we feel frozen, God is still working, sometimes underneath the surface, and not as noticeable or as fast as we’d like, but always moving.”

“The Rose. ..by Bette Midler:

Just remember in the winter

Far beneath the bitter snows

Lies the seed that with the sun’s love

In the spring becomes the rose”

OMG. . .In So Many Ways. . .God has spoken  - through you.

My heart is full. . .thank you.
